Extend your string:
Twinkly strings of lights can be extended according to your needs, just buy more packages (225, 250, 400 LEDs) and join them together using the "GROUP" configuration of the Twinkly APP directly on your smartphone.
Strings can be extended in 2 different ways, "Join" or "Sync".
"GROUP JOIN": Join multiple strings into one. To have more Twinkly in a single tree and manage them as if they were one!
"GROUP SYNC": Synchronize multiple Twinklies to play the same effect on each one simultaneously. Ideal for multiple trees, cones or neighboring windows.

How many lights do i need for my tree? :
Twinkly lights are brighter than traditional LED lights so you may need a smaller number to illuminate the tree, in any case you can take into account the following indication.
First of all you need to know whether to position the lights in 2D mode (zigzag only on the front of the tree) or 3D (spiral all around the tree).
Of course, the amount of lights also depends on personal taste, here is an example, of minimum quantities of lights to get a good effect, the more lights you put on the more beautiful the effect:
Medium height tree - 170cm
2D (one side) a 250 LED string
3D (whole tree) two strings of 250 LEDs or one of 400 LEDs
Taller tree - 240cm
2D (one side) a 250 LED string
