Description:
The cartridges are of the Pre-coat type with activated carbon "Silver microbiological control" to ensure greater water healthiness. DO NOT ALLOW BACTERIOLOGICAL PROLIFICATION.
They remove Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts, asbestos fibers, chlorine, odors, colors, flavors, turbidity making the water safe, crystalline, good to drink, for all uses in the kitchen: Cooking food, boiling pasta, water for doughs and food production in general.
To rinse fruit and vegetables, for broth and various soups. Production of slushes.
They protect all machinery used in the restaurant or domestic sector for food production from blockages, wear and corrosion.

It is recommended to change the filter every six months and a UV lamp change every 12 months, regardless of the autonomy of liters still to be dispensed to have greater safety, hygiene and healthiness of the water.

UV lamp
Ultraviolet ray system (12watt) to ensure greater water safety. The UV ray provides safe water from a microbiological point of view by eliminating any bacteria equal to 99.999%.
The UV lamp has an autonomy of 8,700 hours equal to 365 days, so it must be replaced once a year.
