The cartridges are of the Pre-coat type with activated carbon. They remove the cysts of Giardia and Cryptosporidium, asbestos fibers, chlorine, odors, colors, flavors, turbidity making the water safe, crystalline, good to drink, for all uses in the kitchen:

Cooking food, boiling pasta, water for dough and food production in general.

For rinsing fruit and vegetables, for broth and various soups. Granita production.

They protect all machinery used in the restaurant or household sector for food production from blockages, wear and corrosion.

Filter density: 0.5 micron (0.00050 mm)

Autonomy: 11355 liters

Flow rate: 1.9 liters per minute

Temperature: the incoming water must not exceed 38 ° C.

Pressure: the inlet pressure must not exceed 10 bar.

Activation: let the water flow through the filter at maximum pressure and maximum flow for at least 2 minutes to allow the air in the cartridge to bleed.

The quick cartridge is replaced by turning it around 90 degrees without the use of any tools.

We recommend changing the cartridge every six months regardless of the autonomy of liters still to be dispensed for greater safety, hygiene and health of the water.
