HOW TO ORDER:

- Check how many EMPTY cylinders you have available and order the same number on our website

- The refill service for 2Kg cylinders is valid only for customers who have purchased one of our full cylinders with certified residual valve. Our ForHome label is present on each of our cylinders.

PREPARE THE CYLINDERS TO RETURN:

- close the cylinders well in a box or an envelope to prevent them from being lost, damaged or that the courier applies the labels on the cylinder during transport.

- The courier does not need to check the number of cylinders

DELIVERY:

- Our courier will deliver the filled items to you and collect the empty ones (delivery and collection may take place on different days)

ATTENTION:

Don't worry if the courier doesn't collect the empty items right away. Contact us and we will check and ask for a new ride.

Our cylinders are checked and refilled by specialized centers, with certified and guaranteed E290 food grade Co2

All cylinders are sealed individually with the guarantee of the filling process, in compliance with all the regulations currently in force as shown on the label.
