Terms of Service

DELIVERY TIME:

ITALY:
On the product page of each item, the approximate days for delivery of the goods starting from the date of order and receipt of payment are indicated as "Delivery times".
In the event that the ordered quantity exceeds the current stock level, the delivery days of the goods immediately available and the delivery days for the excess quantities will be indicated on the shopping cart page.
The items will be shipped based on the delivery times indicated in the item page linked to the payment method chosen. If you prefer delivery in a single shipment (based on the last available date) you must specify it in the "notes" field requested at the time of the order.
After completing the order, in the "Orders Status" control panel it is possible to view the order progress and delivery times of the various items ordered.
For normal dealers, delivery is always understood as "one shipment".

ABROAD:
The items will be sent in a single shipment based on the last available date considering a slip of about 5 days on the times indicated on the product page, while for ExtraCee countries times can be extended up to 10 working days.

Excluded: Smaller islands and poor areas
All the Italian islands outside Sicily and Sardinia are intended as "minor islands". When ordering, on the shopping cart page select "Italy Islands minor" as the shipping method, the cost of transport will be calculated automatically.
"Unfavorable areas" are intended for some Italian areas and islands and inland areas to which transport may be increased, in the event you will receive ns. communication by e-mail or telephone.

DEALERS:
the cost of transport is calculated automatically at the time of order.
Alternatively you can pick up the products at our headquarters with your own means or by sending your courier, an option that can be selected at the time of order.

 

EUROPE SHIPPING and REST OF THE WORLD:
Transport cost calculated automatically when ordering based on the membership bands listed below.
For non-EEC international shipments, additional customs charges may be charged to the customer which can be paid directly to the customs of belonging.

VAT APPLICATION or VAT EXEMPTION:
PHYSICAL PERSONS INTRA-CEE PURCHASES: VAT is applied at 22%
COMPANIES INTRA-CEE ACQUIRED PURCHASES: VAT is not exempt under art. 41
COMPANIES AND PHYSICAL PERSONS EXTRA-EEC PURCHASES: VAT is not exempted under art. 8 paragraph 1.



TERMS OF PAYMENT:

The payment methods, shown below, can be chosen at the time of order.
In the event that they involve additional costs, they will be displayed in the shopping cart.
For some items that can be purchased only on "order", cash on delivery is not required.



WIRE TRANSFER:

The payment does not involve any additional expense.
You will receive by e-mail the order confirmation with the bank details to make the transfer.

PAYPAL - CREDIT CARDS - POSTE PAY:

B2C CUSTOMERS:
The payment does not involve any additional expense.

B2B DEALERS:
The payment involves an additional expense of 0.7% for a minimum of € 0.35.

The PayPal payment circuit is the most widespread in the world, giving the customer protection on the purchase and payment security.
Delivery times respect those indicated on the article page as payment is immediate.


CASH ON DELIVERY:

The payment entails an additional charge for the courier service of 0.5% for a minimum of € 4.29 (paid)
Payment is made upon delivery in cash only.
Following the new law for cash payments, it is possible to pay up to a maximum of € 2999.00 if the amount of the purchased item exceeds this value it is possible to pay the difference by bank transfer, credit cards, post pay or paypal, yes Please contact us for any information.

BILLING

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS:
If you are a private (without p.iva) the electronic invoice will be sent to your tax drawer (if you need a paper copy or an invoice pdf must be requested in the order notes and no later than the month of purchase)
When ordering, it is necessary to enter the Tax Code.

COMPANIES:
If you are a company (with p.iva) the electronic invoice will be sent automatically to your SDI interchange code or in the absence of your PEC email.
When ordering, it is necessary to enter the SDI interchange code and VAT number (for individual firms also the Tax Code).



WARRANTY
As proof of purchase and for guarantee purposes, each of our products sold is followed by a regular electronic sales invoice (or receipt if not present vs. tax data). According to the laws in force, this document is automatically sent electronically.


DURATION OF WARRANTY:

The items sold have a 2 year warranty (1 year if invoiced on VAT) at our headquarters or service centers of the brands present throughout ITALY with presentation of our invoice.
This guarantee provides for the repair of the malfunctioning product and where it is not possible to replace the product.

How to proceed to send a product under warranty:
- Contact us at assistenza@forhome.it or by phone at 0773.848566 and expose the defect found, we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed (in most cases our technical service solves the problem without having to move the goods).
- The customer, after ns. indications and authorizations, can ship or bring personal product to our service center, the shipping costs to our warehouse are charged to the customer, the costs of re-sending the repaired / replaced product to the customer are at our expense.
You will be sent an e-mail with a RMA file opening form to be placed inside the package before shipment.
The time of return of the repaired product may vary depending on the defect found, we will communicate them as soon as the product is viewed and returned it repaired or replaced as soon as possible.


WARRANTY on WATER PURIFICATION
The warranty on Water Filtration products is to be understood as follows:
- 12 months on the Water Filters (as the current filter in "use" must be replaced maximum every 12 months).
the 12-month warranty starts from the moment the filter is discarded and inserted into the filtering compartment.
- The "ForHome s.a.s." recommends the installation of products by specialized personnel, as it reminds its customers that the warranty does not cover defects or damage to the products caused by incorrect installation of the same as provided in the instructions appropriately attached.
- We accept no responsibility for damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, freezing, force majeure, misuse, negligence, modification and / or addition to commercial component systems. Please refer to the correct installation by carefully following the instruction booklet specifically attached to the shipment.

For warranty purposes throughout the above mentioned period, it is recommended to keep the purchase invoice which, if required, must be photocopied and attached to the return procedure.
- The "ForHome s.a.s." informs consumers that on all "marketed products" the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer do not affect the rights provided in favor of the consumer by the provisions on the sale of consumer goods and legal guarantee established by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002.

TAX BENEFITS FOR BUYERS

BUYING AND BUILDING 1ST HOUSE

It is aimed exclusively at those who are buying the 1st house, or who are building it

payment method: at the buyer's choice, bank transfer, PayPal / Credit Card / Post Pay

 

ENERGY REQUALIFICATION WORKS

Aimed at those who are upgrading the energy aspect of their home (solar panels, thermo-boilers, etc. ..)

who can request it: the company that carries out the works and NOT the client / owner of the house

customer facilitation: purchase with 10% VAT. The State reimburses the customer 65% of the value of the goods.

payment methods: exclusively by bank transfer in advance

 

RESTRUCTURING - 22% VAT

Addressed to the customer / owner of the house

who can request it: only those who are renovating their homes

customer facilitation: purchase with 22% VAT. The State reimburses the customer about 50% of the value of the goods.

RESTRUCTURING - 10% VAT

Addressed to the customer / owner of the house

who can request it: the company that carries out the works and NOT the client / owner of the house

facilitation for the customer: make the purchase with VAT at 10% (a Declaration of Start must be present (DIA, CILA, SCIA ..) The State reimburses the customer about 50% of the value of the goods, directly from the declaration of the incomes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n. 185

In the event that the customer is a consumer,
that is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not related to resale (both with tax code and with VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, except for the products delivered sealed or with packaging, for which the original integrity has not been maintained.
The customer / consumer must keep the original packaging and packaging intact, as well as all the accessories supplied at the time of sale.
If one of the above requirements is missing, the supplier is entitled to withhold the sum equivalent to the value of the delivered goods from the reimbursement due, based on the damage, missing pieces or expenses
to restore goods to be supported.

In the event that the customer was a company / company (for which the purchase is aimed at reselling to third parties), he would be entitled to request the replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent item, without, however, being able to request a refund of the payment made.


Pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 4-8 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, No. 185,
All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within the deadline of 10 working days from the date of receipt, a written communication to the email address forhome@pec.it

In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, the supplier is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer within thirty days from the date of acceptance of the withdrawal.
The refund will be in the manner agreed with the customer deducting the transport costs previously incurred by the supplier for sending the product.

GOODS DELIVERED DAMAGED:

In case of delivery of goods with partial and / or total damage, the customer is required to notify us, within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the same, the damage suffered by the goods by sending an email to info@forhome.it attaching demonstrative photos.

 

The goods can not be replaced or refunded if the customer has not signed with "control reserve" to the courier at the time of delivery.
