Replacement Membrane Osmosis Ionicore Keypra Tfc 2012 - 200 Gdp
Reverse osmosis (abbreviation: RO, from the English Reverse Osmosis) is the process that represents the finest water filtration technique, as it does not simply consist in removing unwanted substances but is able to remove pollutants at an ionic level , harmful and reduce mineral salts. The membranes used in osmosis are normally made of polyamide (PA).
These R.O. TFC (thin film composite) are available in flow rates from 50 to 180 gal / day for use in standard housing for residential use. All models are NSF / ANS certified
Characteristics:
* High rejection & flow rate
* Standard dimensions: can be mounted in any Reverse Osmosis system
* Maximum. inlet entry: 25 ° F. (250 ppm)
* Maximum. free chlorine: 0.1 ppm
Membrane type: Spiral wound
Membrane composed of 3 layers
1. The fully aromatic cross-linked polyamide 0.2 µm.
2. Polysulfone 40 µm.
3. 120 µm polyester non-woven fabric.
Spacer: EPDM
Active surface:
50 GPD 0.37 m2 (3.9 sq ft)
75 GPD 0.40 m2 (4.3 sq ft)
100 GPD 0.40 m2 (4.3 sq ft)
150 GPD 0.58 m2 (6.2 sq ft)
200 GPD 0.77 m2 (8.2 sq ft)
Nominal characteristics of TFC rejections:
Calcium: 93-98%
Sodium: 92-98%
Magnesium: 93-98%
Potassium: 92-96%
Manganese: 96-98%
Iron: 96-98%

Polyphosphate: 96-98%
Orthophosphate: 96-98%
Chromed: 85-95%
Viruses and Bacteria: 99% +
Lead: 95-98%
Rejection can vary as a function of pressure, pH, temperature and general quality of the feed water.
ATTENTION
Reverse osmosis is not a device that makes water potable (non-potable water in potable water) and works only if it is installed on water that complies with the law, municipal or well water if previously made with adequate and effective systems, previously studied and customized for that type of water. Do not use the system where the water is microbiologically dangerous or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection upstream and downstream of the system. All systems should be stored according to the manufacturer's instructions. The pollutants removed or reduced by this system are not necessarily in your water. Suggested membrane replacement: when the flow becomes too slow or at least every 24 months. I 58 for the reduction of Arsenic ("V" Pentavalent), Barium, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent), Chromium (Trivalent), Copper, Cyst, Turbidity , Fluoride, Lead, Radio 226/228, Selenium and TDS and are certified DM 174/2004 (Italian Ministry Decree). The membrane removes up to 98% of total dissolved solids (TDS), delivering healthier and safer drinking water.
